The type of personal information we collect

Finance Advice Helpline Limited is known as the ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us.

Complaints Procedure

Within five working days of receiving your complaint, we will send you a letter acknowledging your complaint. We will arrange for a thorough investigation of your complaint. Within eight weeks of the date of the acknowledgement letter, you will receive a detailed written response to your
complaint, including any suggestions for resolving the issue and confirming our final decision on your complaint and explaining our reasoning.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome or do not agree with the conclusion of our investigation, you have the right to appeal the decision. You can also take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you do not receive an outcome within the timescale.
